Upon immediate application, I didn’t notice the difference. I sniffed and I got nothing – just good old-fashioned polish. But after a minute of drying, there it was: a bouquet of roses, potpourri…a garden party? TM: Not at all…it’s still in! Here’s an easy way for nail art novices to rock it: try 5 different shades of the same color family starting with the darkest shade on one finger (your thumb). Create the gradient effect by painting each nail in order with the lightest shade ending on the last nail.
