Michelle Sterling
Head of client relations at LXR & Co
“My gym bag is a black hole of my most important necessities, an inside peek of what I cannot live without. Most important accessory for a great workout? My music. I need a great jam to get me pumped up at the gym. Lately my song of choice has been "Into the Blue" by Kylie Minogue. In addition to great beats, I always make sure to have a small kit of body wash, lotion and makeup, to keep myself looking and feeling fresh after a killer bootcamp class. Of course I need my iPad, just in case I have to check some emails before I head back to the office. And last but not least, my keys and wallet to get me there!"

Lauren Imparato
Founder of I.AM.YOU Yoga
"The bag is handmade in my husband's native city in Colombia. The wallet is a bright reminder of sunshine. Aloe vera Vaseline for the lips. Yoga mat of course. Mac Air to be able to work on the fly. Water because every Cali girl walks around with water, and it's good to be hydrated. I.AM.YOU. cards because I grow the business in an old school grass roots way, and I never know who I will run into or what shop may want to let me leave some and spread the word."

Simone de la Rue
Founder of Body by Simone
"In my bag you'd find Press Brothers LIQUID GOLD juice. They are the only certified organic juice company in the USA. The liquid gold is pineapple, lemon and mint and is super refreshing after a dance cardio class. My BBS wash bag. I designed this clutch bag to store all your sweaty workout clothes in; it's cool and funky and fits neatly into your gym bag. No wasting plastic bags! My Newton running shoes, they are so light and comfortable and I can’t workout without them — they literally keep you on your toes — and they come in bright happy colors! My Sim + Dee hoodie top that doubles as a shrug and my iPad with all my kick-ass playlists to help motivate and inspire my session. Dry shampoo, Bumble and bumble do a great one that you just spray in and away you go with fresh-looking hair after a sweaty workout!

Astrid McGuire
"My Lululemon gym bag is well used!!! I always have my Puma stopwatch for my interval training workouts. An old school Apple Nano which I call vintage; it works perfectly, but people always make fun of me! Whenever I am done with a sweat session, I immediately use an Erasing Pad by Project Happy Face to wipe and clean my face. Love this company as proceeds go to teens with acne that can not afford dermatology treatment. I also have Dr. Bronner's Magic hand sanitizing spray in Lavender so I stay germ-free from being in close contact with all my clients and I always have my AQUAhydrate PH9+ water bottle with me — I feel such a difference in my workouts with this alkalized electrolyte water. Harbinger workout gloves so I don't get calluses on my hands when lifting heavy weights, a golf ball to roll my feet out during breaks is also in there... It's amazing!! Spry Dental Defense System gum in peppermint (I want to stay fresh when pushing my clients to the next level!). EmergenC as a backup for me or my clients if they need a pick-me-up, a banana for potassium to avoid any cramping and finally, a notebook full of my workout plans. I'm old school and like to keep my ideas from pen to paper!"

"I use this Longchamp bag I got in Tokyo for the gym and inside I have an iPad, my Mulberry purse, water, an umbrella, an extra Lulu shirt, Havianas, a lock, Chapstick, Molton Brown SPF 30 and La Mer eye cream."
-
Gerri Koppelman
Owner of S Factor NY
"I always leave these two items in my gym bag in case I am in the mood to take a class at Sheila Kelley S Factor NY. A woman should always be prepared for an empowering POLE dance."
-
Joy Chen
CEO of Yes to
“The things in my gym bag are convenient and keep me refreshed and hydrated quickly. My Yes To Blueberries On-The-Go Towelettes are a quick way to get refreshed when finishing my workout. I love my Chantecaille Nano Gold Eye Serum that I roll on around my eyes. It has a great cooling feel and is not oily when I apply my makeup. The La Mer Moisturizing Lotion is light yet hydrating, just the perfect weight after a workout. I also love Milk from Reverie which is an anti-frizz leave in treatment. My hair is extremely dry and coarse and this product leaves my hair shiny and calm after my blow dry. My last step is getting some color on my lips. I always start with the Yes To Blueberries Lip Balm which is extremely hydrating, and then I top it with Bite lip gloss for some color. This gets me ready for drinks and dinner with friends.”

Kat Burki
CEO and founder of Kat Burki Skincare and Fragrance Collection
“Once I get to the gym, I tie my hair back with a Twistband, wipe my face with the Mustela wipes making sure my skin is cleansed and free of makeup so that my skin can properly detoxify. Post workout, I make sure to drink a bottle of water and spray on Beauty Elixir which brings in moisture to deeper levels of the skin ensuring my skin feels just as good as my body. I refresh and brush out my hair with Fekkai’s Blowout Dry Shampoo, my Glossy Lip Treatment and Vitamin C Intensive Day Cream and I’m good to go.”
-
Michelle Katz
Dentist, orthodontist and co-owner of LAVAAN Dental Spa
"In my gym bag you’ll find Beats by Dre – I love these headphones – they are my favorite color, really comfortable, and the sound is top-notch. A mirror brush, which is great for makeup touch-ups and also doubles as a quick brush to pull my hair back into a pony, floss (it’s the dentist in me!) and Bond No. 9, Bleecker Street – I have a small love affair with shopping on Bleecker St., and this also happens to be my favorite Bond No. 9 fragrance... Match made in heaven?”
-
Annie Lawless
Co-founder of Suja
“In my gym bag I always keep Tea Tree Oil – I use a few drops in my Dr. Bronner's Lavender Hand Sanitizing spray to clean my yoga mat after class because I do a lot of hot yoga, which gets pretty sweaty. Suja Glow, which I drink religiously after my workouts. It is super hydrating and has mint leaf, which is very calming to the nervous system and stomach. I love coming down from a workout with this light and mellow sipper. Dr. Bronner's Lavender Soap, Drybar Detox Dry Shampoo, Aveda Light Elements Smoothing Fluid and Twistbands are also in my bag.”
-
Smári Ásmundsson
Founder of Smari Organics
"My gym bag is very simple. Shorts, T-shirt, socks and my gym shoes. Wax for the hair, comb for the beard, deodorant and finally water bottle. Nothing unnecessary."
-
Chako Fairbanks
Co-founder of FarmBox LA
"My gym is the ocean and the surf is my treadmill. There’s nothing more stress-reducing than jumping in the water. I hit the beach with tote and surfboard in hand with my 'gym' essentials. I never leave home without a snack. My recent addiction is a new product we carry called Purenola. It's a paleo-granola made locally in Venice. I pack my favorite Quicksilver wetsuit — I love the bright colors, plus I tell myself the stripes keep the sharks from biting me! Just in case there’s some cute eye candy on the beach and I decide to stay…I wear my Mikoh bikini. They make hot bikinis! Hydration is key at the beach, so I carry my Miir Water bottle. I don't know how they did it, but when you unscrew the top, water doesn't explode out."
-
Jennifer Halliday
Chief business development officer at Wakaya Perfection
“I keep a small resistant band, which is perfect for the gym, outside or in your hotel room. I just slip my feet through, keep it around my ankles and extend right and then left legs for 3 reps, 20x. Wakaya Perfection Ginger Powder mixed in my Contigo water container – I love this container because it has a locking mechanism and not only does my water taste great but I know I'm getting a metabolic boost from the ginger for my workout! Hydration with flavor is #1 priority at all times. I also add 1/2 tsp of Wakaya Ginger to my Nutribullet concoctions. Also in my bag is an agility ladder; people laugh but I do travel with this soft ladder and I take it to the gym. I can get a ridiculously good workout in under 30 minutes with this one piece."
-
Liz Barnet
"I'm constantly on the go between training private clients, instructing classes at Uplift Studios and SLT and squeezing in my own workouts, so I need to be prepared all day every day. To stay hydrated, I bring my Bobble refillable water bottle so I can have fresh water no matter where I am. I love these Sencha green tea shots for a quick dose of clean caffeine and antioxidants. Running around the city all day can leave me feeling less than my freshest, so a facial mist toner is great for a quick pick me up, plus a hand sanitizer without all the nasty unnecessary chemicals keeps me germ-free. I don't wear a lot of makeup since it's my job to sweat, but my go-to's include a tinted BB cream, nourishing under eye concealer, cheek gel, and waterproof mascara, all from preservative free, more naturally inclined beauty brands to keep my skin looking good without gunking up. I never know when I'll have a few minutes to squeeze in a quick workout (or recovery!) so I always have my resistance band loop and my trigger point ball for a little self-care."
-
Maren Giuliano
Executive global whole body coordinator at Whole Foods Market
“I’m often in and out of yoga class, so I like to keep my bag stocked with these necessary products to freshen up on-the-go. I always have my reusable Life Factory Water Bottle to stay hydrated throughout the day. I keep a travel hairbrush with a mirror, EO hand sanitizer wipes, Weleda Skin Food (so moisturizing!), and Mineral Fusion Liquid Lip Gloss in my bag at all times to freshen up after my workout. To keep my yoga vibe going after class, I spray my face and body with Aura Cacia’s awakening mist, throw on an organic cotton scarf, and take a Rescue Remedy Pastille with a quick, healthy snack like an apple with Justin’s Almond Butter.”
-
Katie Jane Hughes
Global colour ambassador at Butter London
"I always have my Bobble Water Bottle. I love how light it is and that it filters the water for me. I change the filter every 3 months. Butter London Backstage Basics Hydrating Balm. I carry this everywhere I go. From flights to the gym to next to my bed, I apply it to any dry spot. Protein bars are essential as my daily routine is never consistent. I hate missing meals, so these are a perfect substitute. I love my Brooklyn tote. I got from my local beauty store called City Chemist in Brooklyn Heights and I use it constantly because it holds so much and has incredibly comfortable straps. Of course I have to have my iPod not only for music but for a few great fitness apps. If I am ever stumped for what to do during my workout, the apps never fail to give me new ideas."
-
Ilana Kugel
Founder of Koral Activewear
“I work long days and usually head to my workout straight from the office. I keep a couple tops and bottoms from my Koral Activewear collection in my bag so I never have an excuse not to fit in a workout. Also, I have boxing gloves – I've been really into martial arts lately and take a Muay Thai class a few times a week. It's a great full body workout and stress reliever – and running shoes. You’ll also find fruit and a recovery drink (I keep a container of BCAA in my bag, a powder you mix in water that helps with recovery. I drink a cup before and after my workout to help my muscles and joints recover faster).”
-
Bethany Lyons
Co-founder and master instructor at Lyons Den Power Yoga
“The tote was a birthday gift from my best friend. I heart champagne. Inside I have a Lyons Den Power Yoga Bandana because I sweat! Lippy Butter "WAG lip gloss" – a little glam does this yoga girl good, and most importantly no animal testing! Ultima Electrolyte Powder, a hot yoga necessity, Lyons Den Power Yoga Nalgene (teaching 15+ classes a week, I need to stay hydrated. These babies are indestructible too), a Yankees Hat — my grandma has been a fan since the 20s, so being a Yankee fan is in my DNA – sunglasses, KIND coconut and almond bar, Lozenges: Manuka Honey (my new obsession since I teach & talk ALL DAY LONG), Contains honey in ACTIVE AAH (Antibacterial Antioxidant Honey), Lyons Den Power Yoga free class passes (you never know who you might meet, we love newbies to the mat!), and Gold iPhone 5 — music for savasana included!”
-
Lindsay McMeen
Instructor at Flywheel Sports
"Keeping up with the newest music for my rockin' playlists at Flywheel Sports and training my amazing clients keeps my gym bag chock-full of goodies. iPad, charger and headphones for the beats. Trader Joe's 'handful of almonds' and Pure Organic bars for quick snacks. Lululemon, Nike and Flywheel gear for those fast changes between classes. And, of course, the basic necessities of shampoo, deodorant, Burt's Bees and my Brooks running shoes to keep me going!"
-
Tracee Kafer
Pole dance fitness instructor at Body & Pole
“In my North Face Surge II I keep: Mika Shorts Luna Limited Edition Neon, Apple iPad Mini, Goody Ouchless Extra Hair Ties, Wong Cheung Wan "U - I - OIL" (for muscles aches, pains, healing injuries that feel worse in cold weather), Alcohol Spray Bottle with Rubbing Alcohol and Microfiber Ultra Absorbent Towel (to clean poles), Soma System Myofascial Release Double Track Roller, Body & Pole Legwarmers, Body & Pole Loose Fit Tank, Embossed Pole Dance Journal/Diary and Dry Hands (every poler has this!!!! For sweating slippery hands as a grip aid)."
-
Dr. Haideh Hirmand
“I always have my workout gear and two options of shoes (running and spin), just in case I change my mind on what kind of workout I do. I never leave home without healthy snacks because I am often hungry. But the most important things I have in my bag are my skincare products, face wash to wash my face after workouts, Power Pads (to wipe off excess dirt and pollutants), and sunscreen.”
-
Katie Alland
Media strategist at DICK’S Sporting Goods
“As a loyal Brooks wearer, my bag really starts and ends with my shoes. These are the Brooks Ravenna 4 that I put bright yellow laces into. With apparel, I am always on the hunt for functional pieces that are also cute. This Under Armour mesh tank is a little flowy and slightly longer than most workout shirts. It barely makes it out of my laundry basket before I am grabbing for it again! I have found that Moving Comfort has the best racer back-style sports bras that can stand up to high-impact activities like running. I love Lululemon tights because they keep everything in place and last forever – I still have the first pair I bought six years ago! Headbands are my other obsession: I prefer wide bands because they keep wispies in place and don’t crease my hair. My favorite is Bondiband. Above all, I love to wear color and have fun while working out. If you’re curious, most of this stuff can be found in the newly refreshed women’s department at DICK’S!”
-
Andrea Fornarola Hunsberger
Founder of Elements Fitness Studio
“I use a Marc Jacobs bag in which I keep: resistance bands/playground ball (I train and teach all over the city, so I'm always prepared to teach a class anytime, anywhere!), Luna Bar, Nikes sneakers, hand sanitizer (I touch sweaty people, enough said), Starbucks card, iPad/TWO iPhones, Athleta hair band, Barre grippy socks and Splits59 gear — this is my favorite brand to sweat in — currently selling this line at the studio too!"
-
Dean Sheremet
NYC based chef and TV personality
"It all starts with the music, and I love my Urban ears Plattan headphones and my iPhone of course. I am on solid ground atop my Brooks Wave Prophecy 3’s. Hands down the best running shoe that has ever graced my foot. I like to monitor my body and track my progress, my Polar FT60 helps me do that with comfort and ease. If I have a knot I can’t get to or I’m warming up my muscles for an intense workout I’ll roll it out on my lacrosse ball or black rumble roller.
And, you didn’t honestly think that there wouldn’t be food in here, right? I keep powered through workout and recovery by making my own trail mix with the highest quality nuts and dried fruit around. It’s so much cheaper than buying a pre-made one in the store, plus you get to control the ratios. The one I’ve been rocking lately is cashew, pumpkin seed, dried cherry, and almond. A perfect mix of healthy fats and quality carbs. I wash it all down with purified water in my BKR water bottle. I love the all glass with a silicone sleeve design. It keeps your water pure and protects the glass from getting damaged."
-
Natalie Raitano
Master instructor at Barry's Bootcamp
“As a fitness professional in NYC, you are ALWAYS on the go. You backpack is your life, you live out of it. My everyday consists of private training a client that loves listening to music, so I bring my computer. That works out great because after I train him I am usually on my way to teach a Barry's Bootcamp class or take a Barry's class. I always am set with the most important things one would need on a day-to-day grind in the fitness world.”
-
Janette Janero
Co-founder of the The Naked Formula
“In my gym bag I keep my Smart Shake, high top Converse (the perfect shoes for lifting thanks to the hard sole), hand sanitizer, Naked Formula Tank, lifting gloves, headphones, a notebook to track my workouts and Alba Deodorant.”
-
Caitlin Wholey
Public relations at New Balance
"My gym bag has all the essentials needed for a great workout. Working for New Balance, I always have to have the brightest running sneakers, which are the 870v3, and the most comfortable apparel. I have a water bottle for bootcamp classes and a water bottle to take out on a long run during my lunch break. I have an extra sports bra and socks, in case I forget to pack them and a bag of makeup for touch-ups after my workout. I have really curly hair so my DevaCurl Refresher spray is a must to get my hair looking great after a tough workout."
-
Deborah Lyons
Founder and designer of Mechante of London
"I use my clutch from Live The Process. Inside I have Urbanears headphones, Nike cardio gloves, mini Moa green tea balm, a hairbrush, Malin + Goetz eucalyptus deodorant, a coconut water from Roots and Bulbs, Jurlique hand sanitizer and Caudalie beauty elixir facial mist."
-
Dr. Stafford Broumand
"I'm an avid runner. Whether it's in the gym or in Central Park, these are my essentials: I love my Adidas zip up long sleeve breathable top; it's great for the weather because it's cool/cold for most of the year. I also wear Under Armour performance fitted apparel that keeps my legs warmbut doesn't constrict me from running. I always use my Shokz headphones – they allow me to hear music, but still hear things around me like cars and bicyclists. I wear sunscreen every day, rain or shine. I keep Dermaquest Zinc Clear SPF 30 in my bag year-round and then, during the summer months, I use their Clarifying Pads. It’s good for my T-zone and helps me to avoid breakouts from sweating."
-
Renee Ascione
Market community connector at Lululemon
“In my gym bag I keep: a Lululemon scuba hoodie, Rainbow sandals when I don’t want to keep on those sweaty socks, Nars Purifying Foam Cleanser, Burt’s Bees – my tried-and-true for 10+ years – Bumble and bumble dry shampoo, Jo Malone Pomegrante Noir cologne, Bang buster (who has time for whispys in their face? Not I!), earphones, Brian Tracy’s Focal Point – he’s the MAN – and my favorite snack bar Grab the Gold.”
-
Kaylee Conley
Account coordinator at L.E.R. Public Relations
"Since I usually go to the gym right after work, I try to keep my gym bag packed with only the essentials. My purse isn’t big enough for my iPad, so I carry a cute clutch from Blacksea that can double as an Ipad case to bring it with me wherever I go. Then, of course, I have my water bottle and classic Lululemon leggings to pair with a roomy (duh) workout top. Anyone who knows me can tell you that I always have a plethora of Burts Bees chapsticks stowed in each of my bags, so my gym bag is no different. However, as a Libra, I like my options, so I also have Fresh Sugar lip balm for when I’m feeling fancy. Now that spring is finally here, I’ve been bringing along my Shauns sunglasses to hide the post gym look and I’ve been loving the tortoise shell pattern to mix it up from the usual black. Lastly, I always pack an extra elastic hairband and mini basic bristle brush."
-
Alex Caspero
MA, RD, certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor and yoga teacher
"As an instructor, my gym bag is always packed with gear to get me through my classes and on to the next event. My phone, which doubles as my iPod, is my can't-leave-home-without item. Thanks to Pandora and Spotify, I've got enough music to power me through my own workouts and spin class. Since I work out first thing, I always shower and get ready at the gym. I finish my workout with an electrolyte replacement and HUM supplements, especially their Runway Ready set. It's the perfect combo of nutrients for stronger nails, glowing skin and healthy hair."
-
Jennifer Iserloh
Founder of Skinnychef
"When I come from a killer core yoga class, I'm seriously hungry for dinner that's at least an hour away. I snack on these spicy almonds that remind me of honey mustard pretzels with filling, good quality fat to tide me over along with 6 grams of protein per serving."
-
Summer Rej
Founder and designer of Dauphines of New York
"My gym bag is more on par with packing for a short road trip — imagine a bag full of reading materials (tons of magazines to catch up on), assorted makeup (such as my favorite Creme de La Mer lip balm or the best makeup brushes from Sephora), a great Mason Pearson, a headband from Dauphines of New York and of course, the essentials: sneakers, keys, wallet and iPhone."
-
Prince Chenoa
Creative director and founder of Galore
“Whenever I'm working out, I can't be without my Uberliss Rituoil, Amazon Water, Tom Ford Lavender Palm and Skull Candy Headphones.”
-
Lauren Bruksch
Co-founder and president of Palter DeLiso.
“My bag is Lululemon circa 2009; I have tried to replace it with my Goyard and can’t. It’s just way too functional. I have Beats by Dre Powerbeats headphones, business cards – I’ve run into so many contacts and friends at the gym and I’m always thankful I have a few cards. It’s actually a really good place to chat and do business. 'Emergency cash' – let’s just say I have four extra “padlocks” purchased from the Equinox shop for the lockers – Mason Pearson mini-brush + Extra Goody hairbands and Greenleaf Protein Wraps = OBSESSED. Perfect Bars. Whole Foods Tangerine Vitamin C packs. Smart Water.”
-
Susan Mayberry
Enterprise account manager at Bloom Energy
"Rene Furterer is my go-to dry shampoo, which is handy in case I need to do anything after the workout before rushing straight home; it works wonders, even on sweaty hair. Similarly, a small hairbrush has found a home in my gym bag. I typically try to just rush home and shower after a workout, however. My earphones always remain in the gym bag so they're readily available for the subway ride to the gym, during the workout or any work calls that might come up immediately after a workout (I try to avoid putting my iPhone to my face after a hard workout). Sunglasses are another must and a dual-purpose item: not only do they serve their actual purpose of blocking the sun, but I feel that they also make me a bit less noticeable when traveling home after a sweaty workout! Lastly, I always like to have a long sleeve tee or light jacket in my bag during the transitional seasons, in case I get chilly coming/going from the gym. Deodorant is also essential... no explanation necessary."
-
Amy Gruenhut
NYC community maven at Lululemon
“I use a Madewell tote and in it I have my MacBook Air, Moleskin notebook, Naturebox snack mix, apple, Smart water, Nike Free 5.0 sneakers and my Samudra 'Ocean' zippered pouch for throwing yet organizing all the random odds and ends in my bag.”
-
Vy Nguyen
Swimsuit designer at Lolli
"In my bag you'd find a towel, coconut water, snacks, headphones and money. I'm not too big on the gym, but I love going to Pilates at Yoga Works and being in Laguna Beach. I enjoy being outdoors, whether it's hiking or even walking around town."
-
Josh Truesdell
"I keep grappling shorts and a rash guard along with my gi for Brazilian jiu jitsu. Headgear, shinguards, and gloves for sparring and my standup dirty boxing and muay thai are also in there as well as a mouthguard to protect my teeth. I always keep athletic tape on hand for minor injuries, shorts and shirt with a pair of Nikes for running and lifting or other cross training workouts. My passion is gaining knowledge of an art as I maintain staying fit."
-
Tal Dehtiar
Founder of Oliberté
"I always use the Gymano when I hit the gym because it's a large-capacity duffle bag. The leather is sustainably made and hand-stitched by skilled craftsmen in Ethiopia. I have a pretty simple kit including gym shorts, wicking T-shirt and sneakers. In an effort to avoid using single-use plastic bottles, I always bring a stainless-steel bottle with me to the gym and pretty much everywhere I go."
-
Marzi Alavi
Director of entertainment and special events at Regan Communications
“In my gym bag I keep a mini Grover doll as motivation. I’m finally starting to lift big girl weights! I need a pop of color to keep me going through workouts. I love what New Balance is doing with their new spring/summer line. Whether I’m at Barry’s Bootcamp or hiking trails in Costa Rica, these shoes are great for training on the treadmill or trekking through the rainforest. I also have Neosporin Overnight Lip Therapy, Ojon Revitalizing Mist & Leave In Conditioner and a Brooklyn Nets hat, all of which I keep in a LuluLemon Gym Bag”
-
Susan Harrison
Independent consultant for business development and marketing at Egg by Susan Lazar
"My gym bag at the moment is my old YSL Muse bag, which is great because it lets me go from school or business meetings to the gym basically incognito and it's big enough to hold a workout outfit and running shoes with lots of room to spare. It's the best bag ever. In it right this second are: Quest bars (these are so good and tasty that they don’t even feel like they should be good for you!), Coffee black label from the Juice Press, Oscar Blandi light hold hairspray, Harbinger gloves (for better grip on weights and the floor), a small makeup bag with lip gloss, about a million ponytail holders, a bottle of water and Eboost – my must have pre-workout drink for taking on Patrick Frost at Barry’s Bootcamp!"
-
Alexandra Voyatzakis
Founder of Alekka
"Working out is just as integral to my day as working, so I'm at the Body by Simone studio anywhere from 5-6 times per week. Since my workout clothing consists of black, I like for everything else to be of a dark hue. I carry all my essentials in a buttery leather backpack from Sunday Somewhere. In it, I store the essentials you might expect, plus some super necessities: A magazine for if and when I arrive early, Le Specs aviators, a Harper Ave patent makeup bag for post workout touch-ups, and the coziest scarf known to man by Donni Charm, for when I step back outside and feel a bit chilly."
-
Brooke Alpert
Founder of B Nutritious and M.S., R.D., C.D.N.
"I haven't carried a gym bag in years! Since I tend to carry oversize purses all the time, I find it easier to throw in my spin shoes and workout clothes in my everyday bag. My Liberty water bottle is always with me wherever I go. At the bottom of most of my bags are a random assortment of my favorite workout headbands, called Sparkly Soul, which are super cute and keep my hair out of my face during my spin class!"
-
Eytan Gelley
"When going to the gym, I always have a change of clothes, a small toiletry case for after the class and a bottle of water. In addition a second small pouch with my glasses and contact solution since I prefer not to work-out in contacts. I also usually have my iPod and something to read on the subway to and from the gym. I try to make my bag somewhat ahead of time to cut the prep-time before heading out the door."
-
Jessica Giametta
ASM at Lululemon
"I stock my Lululemon bag with: an extra pair of underwear, Lululemon headband, Lululemon's new purest cycling water bottle, Secret invisible solid, Neutrogena's makeup remover so I don't have a streaky face mid-workout, Lucas papaw ointment, dry shampoo since I'm usually going to meetings after I work out and can't always shower, and my Raybans."
