6 Things We Loved at NYFW Fall 2015: Day 3

Star Wars inspiration, take two

If you’d told me last season that I’d like a Star-Wars-themed collection and/or intense braided looks, I would’ve scoffed and made a snarky comment about overdone trends. But Mara Hoffman made me eat my words today. Instead of Darth Vader screenprints we got kaleidoscope patterns, fuzzy abstract alien landscapes reminiscent of those multicolored “sand art” jars we all made in the fourth grade, and a textured cream jumpsuit that I want, like, now. And I’m still trying to figure out exactly how these sculptural braids are even possible. — Meg Clark, Social Media Manager

Kickin’ it old school
