Kristen Stewart As You’ve Never Seen Her Before in V Magazine’s Spring 2017 Cover Shoot

After serving up a selection of cover stars and covers for us to choose from last issue, V Magazine goes the simple route by choosing just one standout cover for its #106 Spring 2017 edition. Having teased us on Instagram earlier this week, V now unveils a platinum blonde Kristen Stewart as its new cover subject. The Karl Lagerfeld favorite wears a colorful Chanel blazer (styled by Paul Cavaco) in the vibrant, visually stimulating Mario Testino cover shot.

“Finally something interesting from both Kristen and Mario Testino,” heralded TREVOFASHIONISTO upon seeing the cover.

“OMG, this is the best celeb cover for a longgggggggg time,” raved a more than satisfied kewkaw.

Kokobombon couldn’t have agreed more. “I love it! One of her best shoots IMO. I like how she’s becoming her own woman lately. Even Testino’s photography works beautifully here,” she pointed out.

SussyBella described the shoot as “hot” while forum member KissMiss simply declared his “loooooove” for the cover.

Not everyone was feeling it, though. “It’s a nice break from all the pop tarts, and the photography is actually quite refreshing, but I really don’t care for Kristen Stewart’s awkward posing. It doesn’t even look like her on the cover,” vented Benn98.
