Czechoslovakia didn’t exactly get off to a promising start with its lackluster debut cover featuring Karolina Kurkova last month, which was ultimately torn apart by our forum members. For its second newsstand outing, the publication adds some much-needed glamour and pizzazz, giving us Lara Stone for October 2018. Whether the Dutch blonde bombshell is fronting Vogue Spain or W Korea, she always delivers — and does just that for Vogue Czechoslovakia, photographed by Rankin and styled by Jan Kralicek.
Our forum members were a happy bunch. “I’m actually a fan of this! Love the gilded mood, and the foiled masthead adds a nice touch. Certainly covetable,” credited Benn98.
“In love with this!” praised jorgepalomo.
“It’s a lot better than their first effort for a start, and I love the color of the masthead. This gives me a little hope!” said forum member 333101.

“Really nice! It’s what Vogue Paris fails to do. I like that the face is under the O and not centered. Really, Vogue CS has my attention!” said Tony Fersen.
“This looks amazing and really eye-catching, I love it,” IndigoHomme echoed.
Valentine27 also showed the cover some love: “Oh this is excellent. I love it! Eye-catching for sure. It’s actually the blurriness that I like, otherwise it would have looked basic, but still good I guess. Everything is well executed, from the composition, pose, styling, to the shiny Vogue!”
“Oh this is stunning!! Stunning! The best I’ve seen from Lara in a while,” raved MON.
