Nina Garcia continues to keep ELLE in top form thanks to her knack for scoring the best cover stars. We’ve encountered the likes of Lizzo, Dolly Parton, Lady Gaga, Beyoncé and Zoë Kravitz down at the newsstand over recent months and we’re about to see Hailey Bieber as the model stars on the mag’s March 2020 issue. For its annual big spring fashion edition, ELLE skips spring and goes straight to summer transporting us to Miami Beach with Hailey posing in looks picked by Anna Trevelyan for a pair of delightful covers shot by Zoey Grossman.
“Flawless! It’s perfect for ELLE! Like a modern interpretation of Gilles Bensimon! I don’t have anything bad to say about it,” raved Lola701.
“Love the second cover. Despite the odd outfit, she looks sun-kissed and this whole cover makes me ready for summer. But no thanks to the first one. It’s the hair, as usual,” critiqued Benn98.

ELLE‘s choice of cover lines soon became the topic of conversation. “I love the orange cover, but STILL talking about being Mrs. Bieber? How enraging and degrading!” commented Srdjan.
“How long can she drag this cover story? Hailey, girl, marrying is not a job description,” an uninterested MON chimed in.
“I just can’t with these taglines. It’s freaking 2020 and ELLE still thinks it’s a good reason to feature a cover star just because of the man they are married to. Ugh,” ranted [Piece Of Me].
“Is there anything this woman earned on her own? She’s really pretty and this isn’t all that bad, but as a cover subject she’s so pathetic and insufferable that no matter how good the final product is, her presence stains it and her last name is all I can see. It’s a shame,” added aracic.
