For two days during New York Fashion Week, nail, hair, and makeup stylists represented by Ford’s Artist division gathered at the Ford Artists Beauty Suite at the Hudson Hotel. In between shows, fashion buyers, editors, and celebs dropped by the suite to get pampered and indulge in a glass of champagne. TheFashionSpot was on hand to chat with guests like Nigel Barker, Kat DeLuna, and Paula Reed, and to scope out hair and beauty tips and tricks.
Towards the end of the second day, we sat down with the organizers of the event, Ford Artists Director Gina Duckworth and Senior Agent Michelle Leo, to find out what inspired them to start up the Beauty Suite.
