Who: Lea Seydoux
Where: La Belle et La Bete Premiere at the 64th Berlinale International Film Festival
Why we like it: We’ve seen a lot of celebrities favoring neutral looks on the red carpet but we really love Lea for going all out. This look is anchored by a strong lip but is soft around the eye, making it slightly less formal. A strong contour and flawless base provide the perfect canvas.
How to get it at home: Start with a satin finish foundation that is perfecting but not masking, such as BECCA’s Ultimate Coverage Complexion Creme ($44). Next, go in with a warm contour shade, such as Josie Maran’s Argan Color Stick in Spice ($22). We like a cream textured contour for a look such as this because it gives a really seamless, blended finish.
Get Lea’s shimmery eye using a palette, such as Bobbi Brown’s Nude Eye Palette ($50), which affords you the opportunity to use a darker taupe shade across the lid and highlight with a light champagne tone in the inner eye and lower lash line. Finish off the look with a lengthening mascara, such as bareMinerals Flawless Definition Mascara ($18), and get her pinky-red pout with a lipstick, such as Kat Von D’s Everlasting Love Liquid Lipstick in Bachelorette ($19).
