While the clothes are the main attraction at the haute couture shows in Paris, the beauty looks also deserve some attention. After all, they’re frequently as dramatic. For Fall 2018, it was all about bold cat eyes and veils, though usually sported separately. Colorful and negative space eyeliner continue to be big.
When it came to hair, the bigger, the better, especially at Valentino. Other brands gave ponies makeovers with extra sections, a rockabilly spin and structured tendrils. And Jean Paul Gaultier tried to make hair extension earrings a thing.
