Makeup pro and executive artist for MŌDA Brush Dominique Lerma recommends pairing a bold lip with naked eyes and dewy skin. After all, simplicity is still trending in makeup this season. To spice up a plain lip color, Lerma recommends outlining lips with a complementary matte formula with a lip brush. "With the matte color, take your ring finger and lightly press into the bow of the lip and around outer edges for a subtle stain effect," she says.
