There were lots of cool makeup looks at New York Fashion Week Spring 2022. Hello, glitter cat eyes. But London, Milan and Paris also had plenty to offer. So we searched all the European fashion capitals’ latest presentations to compile the best Spring 2022 makeup looks.
Winged eyeliner proved popular. The models at Balenciaga sported dramatic black winged liner, while those walking for Christian Dior rocked tiny double wings. We even saw a neon twist at Versace where the models dazzled in stacked blue and green versions.
When it came to lips, shades of red were everywhere. Classic red lips made an appearance at Saint Laurent, while models wore dark red lipstick that bordered on black for a more goth look courtesy of Supriya Lele. Meanwhile at DROMe, burgundy lips were paired with eye-opening peach liner. It’s a surprising color combo that totally works.
Clean skin was also in. Take Rejina Pyo where foundation-free complexions were on deck. The models representing Victoria/Tomas also donned natural skin with the addition of some gloss on lids, lips and cheeks for a glowing finish.
Scroll down to check out the best Spring 2022 makeup looks from London to Paris. Warning: Most of these won’t really work IRL. Although there are a few down-to-earth looks you’ll definitely want to add to your repertoire.
