Thai Matcha Salmon from MatchaBar (serves 1)
- 1 salmon filet
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon matcha
- 1 tablespoon Thai spice rub
Preheat oven to 350. Clean your salmon filet and remove skin. Lightly spray your pan and filet of fish with coconut oil (or substitute cooking oil of your choice). Mix about 1 teaspoon of matcha into 1 tablespoon of Thai spice rub of your choice. Look for these ingredients; coriander, ginger, basil, sea salt, sugar, tomato, vinegar, tamarind, rice concentrate, sumac, hickory smoke, garlic, onion, cayenne. Rub matcha/Thai spice rub into salmon. Cook 30 to 35 minutes on 350.
