Matcha Greek Yogurt Parfait from MatchaBar (serves 1)
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 to 2 teaspoons MatchaBar Classic Matcha
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin seeds
- 1 tablespoon dried blueberries (or cranberries)
Whisk 1 to 2 teaspoons of matcha into 1 cup of Greek yogurt. Whisk until fully integrated and yogurt takes on an electric green hue. Sprinkle chia seeds, pumpkin seeds and dried blueberries (dried cranberries are also a nice option).
