Too little vitamin B complex in your diet can cause dermatitis or hair loss. Topical creams and ointments made with B vitamins can instantly hydrate cells and give a healthy glow to skin. Slow-Cooked Raspberry & Sweet Potato Oatmeal (serves 6)
- 1 cup gluten-free oats
- 1 1/2 tablespoons raw honey
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch Himalayan pink salt
- 3 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2/3 cup raspberries
- 1 cup sweet potato, grated
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 cup Kind Healthy Grains Cinnamon Oat Clusters with Flax Seeds
- 2 cups filtered water
In a slow cooker, combine all ingredients besides Kind Healthy Grains Cinnamon Oat Clusters with Flax Seeds, stir and set to low heat. Cover and let cook for 8 to 9 hours. Stir ingredients and serve warm. Garnish with Kind Healthy Grains Cinnamon Oat Clusters with Flax Seeds.
