Fast forward to this season, and even though we’re still seeing some uber-decorated nails, the latest way to make a statement is to avoid the statement altogether and go for subdued, neutral nails. Joseph Altuzarra (right), Phillip Lim 3.1, Monique Lhuillier, and Erin Fetherston, all showed off natural-looking nails that seem so elegant and fresh that I’m practically reaching for some nail polish remover as I type.
