Marchesa Launches Its New Contemporary Line, Marchesa Voyage

A few days before the start of last Fashion Week, Marchesa designers Georgina Chapman and Keren Craig announced that they would be launching a contemporary line in the fall. While the duo already has a lower priced line, Notte by Marchesa, their new diffusion collection, Marchesa Voyage, marks their first foray into casual daywear.

The designers describe the collection as more loungewear-like (“the Marchesa in her palazzo“), so it’s fitting that while most of the pieces are casual in cut, they are often embellished with golden detailings and other adornments. Hitting stores September 1, the collection retails for around $250 to $1,000 and my money is on the silver-toned animal print pants and gold embellished jacket being the top sellers.
