To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund, an award which honors and provides support to emerging American designers, Vogue cut a nostalgic short clip. The video focuses the first step of the competitive awards process, and includes interviews with Anna Wintour, Vera Wang, Marchesa‘s Georgina Chapman and Keren Craig, and others.
If you like what you see, a documentary series following the 2013 awards process is making its television premiere on Ovation next Tuesday, November 12, at 10 p.m. EST. Vogue has been building up to bringing The Fashion Fund to TV for at least two years: the show launched as a series of digital webisodes on Vogue.com in 2011 and then moved over to Hulu in 2012.
