In an appearance on CBS This Morning to promote her new modeling show, The Face, Naomi Campbell revealed that like any other human, she has dreams yet unfulfilled.
For example, she would love to host Saturday Night Live: “I think sense of humor is the best thing in the world. To make fun of yourself. To be another character. Just to—and you can always say, ‘I was just acting. It wasn’t me.'”
“But listen, you know, Naomi,” cut in interviewer Gayle King, “if you do Saturday Night Live there will be some phone jokes, you could take that?”
Campbell didn’t skip a beat: “Of course, I’ll take that. I pretty much get it every interview I do. I think, I know—I did a Dunkin’ Donuts commercial – with Zach Braff, was directing, the actor, and that was kind of in that vein. I mean, it’s not nice to the person, and I’ve apologized for that, but the actual action, I’ve made fun of myself.”
