It was only a matter of time before two of the UK’s all time favourite Brit models teamed up: model of the moment Cara Delevingne and international supermodel Kate Moss.
Today, Cara sent fashion fans into a state of meltdown when she regrammed a photo of herself alongside Kate Moss stating, “So excited to be doing a new fragrance for @burberry with the beautiful Miss Moss shot by @mariotestino watch this space…”
The photo showing the pair in what appeared to be the brand’s iconic Burberry trench coats is just the beginning of a campaign that most brands could only dream of. We didn’t think that anything could top Cara’s London Fashion Week announcement when she launched her new Mulberry bag, but we’re guessing this has just about done it.
As we know, the pair are no strangers and have been papped several times together at events in the past. They seemingly get along well, so a collaboration was supposedly a natural progression.
Just like the rest of the world, we’ll be eagerly awaiting the launch of their campaign, which Burberry is currently remaining mum about. They have, however, revealed that we’ll have to wait until later in the year for the launch, with more details set to be announced in autumn.
