Get ready for another nine months of understated maternity wear and sensible L.K.Bennett shoes from Kate Middleton. The Royal family has announced that the Duchess of Cambridge is pregnant with her second child, confirming rumors that have been swirling for months that she has a little bun in the oven.
During her last pregnancy, Kate suffered from hyperemesis gravidarum, which is like a very intense version of morning sickness. Prince William‘s people say that K-Midd is also experiencing it this time, so she is currently under the care of doctors at Kensington Palace.
This is obviously great news for the Royals, and we’re hoping Kate starts feeling better soon! Hyperemesis gravidarum is no picnic.
No word yet from the palace on when she’s due, but a few are speculating that the “spare to the heir” will arrive sometime this spring.
