After rocking up to the 2014 ARIA Awards red carpet in a dazzling two-piece by Jaime Lee Major last night, Katy Perry changed into KTZ threads to present the award for Best Female Artist.
She announced her girl Sia as the winner, in a black strapless dress with white and gold cameos pulled from KTZ’s Spring 2015 collection. We didn’t hate the pearl-accented open-toe heels, but wish she’d toned down the matching jewellery.
The thick-gold choker necklace with drop detail and oval arm cuff blended into her dress too easily, and made the accessorising look a bit overdone. Fine jewellery would’ve done the trick, but the chunky pieces didn’t allow for the dress to stand out on its own.
