Director David Ayer released the image today via Twitter, revealing the aesthetic we can expect from the film when it’s released in August 2016. Playing Harley Quinn, Margot completely transforms into an ice-blonde, dip-dyed piggy-tail wearing character who looks like she’s been spending a little too much time with Courtney Love. Cara, on the other hand, is almost completely unrecognisable as Enchantress, with long-black hair and a face that’s reminiscent of The Grudge.

Home-grown Jai, who plays (insert raised eyebrows here) Boomerang, somehow manages to maintain his attractiveness, and Will as Deadshot doesn’t look to shabby either. Jared as The Joker is notably absent from the image, but that’s OK with us. The less we see him in this role, the more likely we are to remember the former-balayaged babe we so love.
