Tyra Banks loves the kids – the Millennial kids, that is. The model turned media mogul has just invested in The Muse, a “career finder and guidance destination” for millennials. The company, started by 29-year-old Kathryn Minshew and 28-year old Alexandra Cavoulacos, has gained the attention of many, including Forbes magazine which has included both women in their 30 under 30 lists. The Muse went through a Series A round of funding, which helped them raise $10 million dollars.
Tyra Banks was one of the many investors to throw monetary backing behind the company. Banks hasn’t been shy about broadcasting her investment. She took to Twitter earlier today with words of support for the company, which she is clearly very excited about.
Proud to be an investor in millennial-focused career site The Muse – congrats on $10M Series A! http://t.co/d9yDdxiBMN & they’re #hiring!

Minshew says Banks expressed interest to her in 2013 for helping youth-focused companies build themselves up. Sounds as if Tyra is making good on these goals.
