It has been revealed that the Indigenous Sydney Swans star is considering retirement, after being consistently booed on the AFL field.
This follows a war dance he performed publicly as a post-try celebration earlier this year, dividing the sports world as to whether or not the booing is motivated by racism.
“Booing is a public form of bullying, and Adam has come out and said that it is affecting to him so everyone needs to stop,” urged Jesinta. “It’s affecting his welfare, it’s affecting his family and his friends, and it needs to stop.”
"I have to personally thank Adam Goodes because my future children are going to be Indigenous and because of his courage and passion he is creating a better future for not only my children but all Indigenous children."
