Australian fashion model Louise Van De Vorst is gearing up to launch her very own fashion line next year. She told The Sunday Telegraph’s Insider, “I’d love to have my own label and I will create elegant, basic pieces made from beautiful fabrics.”
The 27-year-old has learnt a thing or two from her time on the catwalk, and hopes her understanding of the fashion industry will come in handy when approaching this latest project.
She shared, “I thought I could get a better idea of the fashion world by being in it and I have learnt a lot about the business side of the industry.”
Louise’s fashion brand will surely garner as much attention as her well-documented dating history, including her four-year relationship with Daniel Johns of Silverchair and her short-lived engagement to professional surfer Nathan Webster.
She recently announced her engagement to musician and actor Jamie Robbie Reyne, and they happily split their time between Sydney and Melbourne.
We can’t wait to see what Louise produces with her latest fashion endeavor.
