Love it or loathe it, U.K.-based fast fashion retailer Primark isn’t going anywhere anytime soon. In fact, it’s set to get much bigger as it makes its American debut this coming September. In the U.K., it’s loved by those who are looking to snap up an on-trend bargain without committing to a hefty price tag, despite knowing that it’s probably only going to last a couple of washes before getting chucked into the bin.
Nevertheless, fast fashion customers just can’t get enough of Primark — and that’s even after hearing the stories about the unethical conditions for its factory workers and general bad practices for the environment. The store is now present in nine markets with Italy being the most recent addition.

The first U.S. store will be opening in Boston where the cash-strapped student population won’t be able to resist a Primark bargain. The company plans to open eight more locations across the Northeast by autumn.
Boasting full outfit steals for under £50 in the U.K., it’s only a matter of time before Primark catches on stateside because, let’s admit it, sometimes you just can’t resist a bargain.
