Just when you think the world is headed towards a future of sunshine, rainbows and equality for all, in come the online trolls who do absolute squat for any kind of progression in society.
That’s what happened over Valentine’s Day at least, when fitness brand Adidas posted a photo of two women’s feet facing one another on Instagram, with one perched up for what looks like a kiss. “The love you take is equal to the love you make,” the post read, which apparently opened a door for haters to hate on the LGBTQ community.
While we do not wish to repeat the discriminatory comments that were made on the post, we do think it’s important to give one heck of a high five to Adidas for its perfect response. Check out what the legendary brand, which has a mass audience of 7.1 million followers, said below:
