Our forum members descended on the thread soon after the cover surfaced earlier today. But simon didn’t get us off to a very good start as he commented, “Quite like the lineup, but there’s always something about the font of Vogue Japan that looks like Nylon.”
“I love Suvi to death, but she took Julia Bergshoeff or Anna Ewers’ spot. The theme seems to be new-ish girls. The shot itself is saved by the cast, because it just looks like a bunch of girls standing around,” Benn98 posted soon after.
MON was left underwhelmed. “Is this the cast photo of America’s Next Top Model Cycle 23? Where’s Tyra Banks? The full cover still doesn’t impress me,” he discredited.
“Replace Suvi with Ondria, you would have a really nice cover. And I agree that the full cover looks really ANTM-ish (instead they have real models),” agreed Mody.
Suvi sure seems to be receiving a lot of stick. “Daria, Jamie and Suvi don’t belong here,” declared kewkaw.
“Lots of great beauties here, but this cover still feels flat. There just isn’t any emotion or sense of creativity here. Just a bunch of girls lined up for a picture,” echoed an underwhelmed justaguy.
Forum member bridgettetson‘s comment stood out from the rest. “Amazing cast, love everything I see! Congrats to Vogue Japan and Luigi & Iango,” she enthused.
