Not Even Dylan Brosnan Can Save Burberry’s Spring 2016 Campaign (Forum Buzz)

Forum members made up their minds fairly quickly. “It’s like a Zara campaign,” expressed an underwhelmed MON.

“If I see this advert, go into the store and find out the clothes are so much more expensive than Zara, I’ll be very disappointed,” Mody chimed in, suggesting the campaign looked cheap and inexpensive for a brand like Burberry.

“Are all the fashion houses energizing their image with youthful nonchalance à la Saint Laurent et Gucci? It looks nice yet in a follow-the-sheep kind of way,” said Aedlacir.

In the same frame of mind was VersaceVixen009: “I like how it’s a new direction for Burberry, but it is similar to what everyone else is doing.”

“I mean thankfully it’s not as Photoshopped and stiff as their ads have been in the past, but this just looks like an editorial or an ad for Forever 21. Maybe it’ll look better with the logo…” wondered an unconvinced orchidee.

Nymphaea certainly welcomed the change, adding, “I like this sexy chic Burberry, much better than previous ones.”

“Well this is their best campaign in ages,” declared dior_couture1245.
