Members of our forums shared mixed feelings toward the campaign. “Lourdes Leon, as in Madonna’s child? She’ll be quite the beauty, but those eyebrows need some attention. Otherwise I cannot hate on this, very girly and sickly sweet with all that pink, but I’m sure it will sell,” voiced Benn98 straight away.
“This shot totally serves its purpose!” reasoned justaguy in agreement.
Also showing enthusiasm toward the image was Nepenthes, applauding, “Love it! Amandla is a big fave of mine, happy to see her in this!”
TeeVanity seemed to be a fan, too, adding, “It’s a cute campaign.”
“It’s fun, it’s Pop, it’s Stella! I believe it was about time for Lourdes to appear somewhere…I’m actually surprised (and glad) that Madonna didn’t make it happen earlier (I don’t count her cheap Material Girl line). Amandla is so cute,” enthused an equally pleased Lola701.
The campaign wasn’t to everyone’s tastes, however. “Grimes looks out of place with her gross tattoos,” stated HodanChloe.
“No. No. No. It’s too cheap for a McCartney fragrance,” narcyza disapproved.
“No…just no,” declared an unimpressed Steddycam91.
