Forum members have been praising British Harper’s Bazaar lately for eschewing celebrity cover stars in favor of models. This month, however, the magazine is back to its old ways. Actress Sienna Miller returns as UK Bazaar‘s cover girl for the April 2017 issue shot by Bazaar-regular Alexi Lubomirski. Sienna wears pieces from Burberry’s latest collection (which was shown during London Fashion Week late last month) on both the subscribers cover (below) and the regular newsstand version (after the jump).

Our forum members were not feeling the images at all. “So cheesy… and that tagline! Forgettable cover, hopefully newsstand cover will be better,” sighed kokobombon the moment the cover for subscribers surfaced.
“Yeah, this is silly. Not an image I want to see for my fashion magazine! Their newsstands covers truly have been miles better lately!” Miss Dalloway added.
“Ewwwwww! Makes me cringe!” declared a far from impressed Creative.
Benn98 wasn’t much of a fan either, writing, “I really want to like this, but it’s far too hazy and corny. Newsstand will probably once again be better. Again, Sienna’s cover by Kendall Jenner for LOVE was much better than this one. Weird, I know!”
Also quick to voice their disapproval was Nymphaea, saying “It doesn’t feel genuine to me.”
“Please not her again!” said liberty33r1b, suggesting she was over seeing Sienna on magazine covers.
Urban Stylin said, “Unfortunately, this is a pretentious cover.”
