Daisy Ridley Suffers From Questionable Styling on Glamour’s January 2018 Cover

If you thought you’d seen the last of Daisy Ridley at your local newsstand for a while, think again. After snagging covers for the likes of American Vogue, V Magazine and British ELLE within a matter of months, Daisy takes a step towards overexposure with yet another cover, this time for the January issue of Glamour. Kick-starting 2018 for the magazine, the Brit actress wears a full Calvin Klein look in the playful cover image shot by photographer Steven Pan and styled by Glamour‘s own Jillian Davison.

Despite the team’s best efforts, it wasn’t enough to make our forum members dash to the newsstand. “Must admit that I’m not a fan of this as much as I have been with Daisy’s previous newsstand offerings. This is awkward, flat and looks rather rushed and incoherent. Not to even mention the styling!” exclaimed vogue28.

“Neither am I!” replied an underwhelmed Benn98. “I was so happy to see them return to the neater art direction for December, now we have this messy graffiti again? Readers must be responding well to it, God knows why. The shot isn’t my favorite, and it’s mainly due to the styling.”

“Must she be on so many covers? That movie is going to sell a billion tickets regardless,” stated forum member A.D.C.

Handbag Queen just couldn’t believe her eyes: “This cover is all sorts of horrible… too many things to name!”

“Who the f*** was in charge of the hair?” asked a horrified GERGIN.

Ouch. Not a good start to 2018 for Glamour. Stay tuned for more and join the conversation here.
