Out of all the fashion magazines available today (including 28 editions of Vogue), Tatler is one we’ve come to rely a great deal on for glamour and A-list talent. Just this year we’ve been treated to covers featuring Daisy Ridley, Paris Hilton, Delphi Primrose and even Cindy Crawford. Now for October 2021 the mag welcomes none other than Anya Taylor-Joy, who makes her debut on the British publication appearing before the lens of photographer Jack Waterlot. In the flawless image, the actress wraps up in a mohair coat from Michael Kors Collection and dons jewelry from Oscar de la Renta and Christian Dior.
The cover divided our forums. “Love her and love this cover…” proclaimed Handbag Queen.
“I’ll take this over any of the Vogue covers this month,” approved marsnoop2.
“Anya Taylor-Joy’s giving me the same mousy beauty Lisa Cant has in print and I find it absolutely lovely. She’s a stellar actress and I’m glad to see her on fashion covers,” raved aracic.

“Another win of a cover for Tatler! The cover just screams on the newsstand with its bold and graphic art direction and how striking the cover image itself is. I like the bangs on Anya Taylor-Joy, her Sasha Pivovarova-like beauty and how well she appears to photograph,” noted vogue28.
But not everyone was thrilled. “Wow. Love her as an actress, phenomenal. But this is so odd,” voiced Joromana.
“I’ve yet to see a cover with her where she looks good. Love some of her work, but her magazine covers are underwhelming,” woemwoem chimed in.
“The bangs are too heavy, especially in combination with all the text surrounding her entire face,” added mikel.
