Nadine Nassib Njeim, Winnie Harlow, Halima Aden & Others Come Together for Vogue Arabia’s 7th Anniversary Covers

Fact: Vogue Arabia has been one of the most solid and most successful editions of Vogue to be launched in recent times. The magazine meant business from the second it hit newsstands, with Gigi Hadid as their very first cover girl. Over recent years, Manuel Arnaut has helped the magazine sore to new heights. Arnaut regularly shatters stereotypes via Vogue Arabia’s front covers and we’ve found ourselves elated with covers starring the likes of Rania Benchegra, Penélope Cruz, Precious Lee and Kim Kardashian.

The March 2024 issues bares witness to the magazine commemorate its 7-year anniversary and celebrates the occasion with 7 covers featuring “iconic women from around the globe”. Those women include Somali-American model Halima Aden (photographed by Nima Benati), Palestinian singer Elyanna (by Greg Swales), Saudi author and diversity advocate Abrar Alothman (by Amer Mohamed), Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor Khan, Italian icon Monica Bellucci, Lebanese actress Nadine Nassib Njeim and Canadian model Winnie Harlow (each captured by Nima Benati).

Read below the reactions of theFashionSpot’s forum members:

“Only 7 years? It feels like it’s been around for longer,” voiced blueorchid.

“They stole the RuPaul’s Drag Race season 16 promo concept,” pointed out GERGIN.

“The first cover is cute. The rest… not so much. Why do we need SEVEN different covers? I highly doubt anybody’s like, ‘Oh, let me go buy all 7 Vogue Arabia covers to add to my collection!'” ranted Scotty.

Vogue28 voiced: “Admittedly, not the most exciting of Vogue Arabia covers. I do love the concept with the covers starring Monica Bellucci, Nadine Nassib Njeim, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Winnie Harlow. I just wish all of the covers shared this concept which would’ve helped everything feel more coherent.”

“Trying to hard to be cool,” commented an underwhelmed oaklee91.
