Vittoria Ceretti’s Cover of Dazed Might Give You an Extreme Case of Vertigo

Vittoria Ceretti remains one of the most in-demand of models working today. In addition to becoming the face of mega brands like Michael Kors and Gucci in 2024, the Italian beauty has since graced the covers of British Vogue, American ELLE, POP Magazine and Vogue Korea. Ceretti’s latest addition to her ever-growing portfolio is the cover of Dazed, welcomed to become one of the Spring 2024 cover stars by the title’s editor-in-chief Ib Kamara. Photographed by Thibaut Grevet, the current face of Chanel Beauty was originally captured in the French photographer’s studio and superimposed high atop a New York skyscraper in the visually-arresting cover image. Dressed by stylist Imruh Asha, the Sabato De Sarno favorite wears a look from the first eveningwear collection designed by the Gucci creative director.

Read below the reactions of theFashionSpot’s forum members:

“This is giving me so much anxiety,” immediately shared GERGIN.

“Reminds me of those photographs Thierry Mugler took at the Chrysler building,” tigerrouge pointed out.

“The cover and accompanying story with Vittoria Ceretti genuinely feels like the most visually-arresting and most interesting fashion shoot I’ve seen from a magazine in months. I love it, instantly reminded me of those glorious Thierry Mugler campaigns from the 80s,” echoed vogue28.

Also liking what they saw was dontbeadrag: “I actually dig this. I like Vittoria and I like the idea that is at least more than a basic studio shoot. Very Gen Z take on classic, timeless tropes of photography from the past times. Surprised how glamorous the styling is for Dazed!”

Yet not everyone was so sold out on the end result. “Extremely pointless that Vittoria Ceretti is just comped into the backgrounds. Why bother with the shoot as a whole?” asked Kite.

“Not effortless at all,” voiced oaklee91.
