A Plethora of Modeling’s Finest Assemble for the Fall 2024 Donna Karan New York Campaign

The Donna Karan New York label made a triumphant comeback last season, and unveiled a dazzling relaunch campaign lensed by Annie Leibovitz starring a handful of supermodels (including Linda Evangelista and Cindy Crawford). For the Fall 2024 season, it’s a repeat performance as a plethora of modeling’s finest assemble for the label now owned and operated by G-III Apparel Group Ltd. Those names include Liu Wen, Imaan Hammam, Eva Herzigova, Amber Valletta, Karen Elson, Alek Wek, Christy Turlington and Edie Campbell. The ladies come together via the lens of Mikael Jansson, with the Swedish fashion photographer replacing Leibovitz this season. The women who each share a past history with the Donna Karan brand pose throughout the latest “In Women We Trust” campaign series, captured within Jansson’s dark and moody photographic studio.

Read below the reactions of theFashionSpot’s forum members:

“It’s very Donna Karan New York,” admired matheus_s.

“I love that it captures the essence of Donna Karan. These will look iconic on a giant Times Square billboard especially the group shot,” said Urban Stylin.

Sharing the same enthusiasm was vogue28. “It’s all just so tasteful, elegant, classic and quintessential Donna Karan. What a terrific lineup of women, love the inclusion of Eva Herzigova. Mikael Jansson has photographed everyone to perfection, love the colors, the studio backdrops and the styling,” he enthused.

Not everyone, however, was so forthcoming. “What the f#ck is Edie Campbell doing in the group shot?” asked forum member DK92.

“Edie looked so out of place,” chimed in pradn.
