OK, we admit that the last time an Alexander McQueen advertising campaign took our fancy was during the Fall 2024 season. The campaign ultimately marked the official debut of Seán McGirr, who was appointed creative director of the Kering-owned fashion label back in October 2023. Campaigns since have failed to stimulate our interest – until now. For the Fall 2026 season, the Irish designer welcomes back Glen Luchford as campaign photographer (after Harley Weir captured the Spring 2026 season offering). Cast as the embodiment of McGirr’s collection are models Karen Elson, Jacqui Hooper, Paloma Elsesser, and Xiao Wen Ju. The girls move around a stylish and plush interior setting, in addition to a set backstage throughout the sophisticated and cinematic series of campaign images.
The Fall 2026 McQueen Campaign by Glen Luchford

Read below the reactions of theFashionSpot’s forum members:
“Wow, actual production value in 2026? That’s a rarity. This works for me. I can tell people showed up to work that day, at the very least,” praised WinstonH20.
“This was Sean’s best collection so far! And it seems the campaign will be also!” heralded forum member BalkaniStaCouture.
“Very beautiful in an Armani kind of way,” Lola701 described.
Elleo commented: “The shot with Jacqui and Karen is pretty good. I quite like the set design, which is a rare occasion these days.”
“That image of Jacqui and Karen needs to be plastered everywhere,” noted fenty.
“Must admit that I genuinely could not care less about Seán McGirr’s McQueen, but even I can admit that this is a fantastic campaign. The shot of Jacqui Hooper and Karen Elson is fierce! Serving all sorts of Tom Ford for Yves Saint Laurent – with a splash of Versace,” voiced vogue28.
