For the guy who wants you to think he’s too cool to care (but most certainly does) about what’s draped over his body, Marc Jacobs’ collection will prove golden. Knit hats, shades, and skateboards accessoried a tailored, but laid-back collection that mixed brights, flannel, plaid, with subtle lush touches of fur and cashmere.

Gucci
It was pure luxury at Frida Giannini’s Fall 2012 Men’s Gucci show. A slew of austerely fitted, military-esque looks, including a good number of dark floral prints and velvet pieces, gave her collection a highbrow feel with chunky knits and fur-accented roomy outerwear adding a cozy counterbalance.

It was leather aplenty in this season’s Raf Simons’ designed Jil Sander collection. Befitting of a futuristic film (think The Matrix), the collection including silhouettes that ranged the gamut from loosely draped to tightly fitted.
