Enough about the pre-show antics, the show itself was more than enough to cause a stir. Each model sported an oversized afro in addition to fiercely dark eyes and lips. Their beauty looks were very powerful. However, it was of course the gorgeous designs that stole the show… as they should. The evening wear was impeccable. Glittery silhouettes glided down the white runway in dark and muted colors. Shimmers of gold and silver could be spotted in almost every look. Favorites of mine were the Midnight Chiffon Netted Dress, Jet/Emerald Bead & Sequin Gown, Metallic Black Satin Chiffon & Lame’ Gown, and the Smoke/Port Plaid Taffeta Gown. To be honest, even with 43 looks in the collection, there was not one that wasn’t flawless.
