Giorgio Armani: It was a laid-back, casual look that reigned supreme at this season’s Giorgio Armani show. That said, unlike many of the men’s shows thus far that took casual in a sporty direction, there was nothing remotely athletic about the clean, streamlined cuts, each of which fell perfectly on every one of the models’ bodies.
Alexander McQueen: It was Gustav Klimt meets Hugh Hefner at this season’s Alexander McQueen show, which included fitted monochrome and printed suits and a slew of metallic shimmering separates.
Gucci: Sure there were some debonaire black and white looks, but this season’s Gucci collection was all about color. Green, yellow, pink, orange, and more made their way out in droves and, thanks to impeccable tailoring, whether it be a crisp suit or a fitted sweater, all of the looks worked.
Fendi: This season Silvia Fendi mixed graphic prints with textured fabrics (think crocodile and eel skin), for a clean-lined, fashion-forward collection.
