In the midst of all the cropped tops, striped blazers, and snakeskin patchwork separates we're seeing on the Spring 2013 runways, it's refreshing to see some buttoned up suits and embellished jackets on the covers of this month's glossies. Vogue in particular had a number of notable covers this month though Elle with Britney Spears and Allure with Blake Lively will surely give them a run for their money.
