I saw this skirt by Poltock & Walsh from browns.com and at first glance, I thought it was really hideous.
But I went on to research the designer’s names and discovered that ruffles are actually their signature.
Moreover, the London-based duo are actually pretty up-and-coming (check out their site).
Don’t you think they deserve more mentions?
