Where KTZ designer Marjan Pejoski goes, his devoted fans follow. For Fall 2015, the London-based designer joined the roster at New York Fashion Week, and the crowd went wild.
theFashionSpot: What made you decide on New York this season?
Marjan Pejoski: It was the right moment. Every time I come to America, it’s quite welcoming and free. It was a natural progression for us, and something we wanted to test. It was a very good decision.
tFS: We’ve never seen Milk this crowded. What’s the craziest thing a fan has done for you?
MP: We have a lot of followers in America, but I wouldn’t know. I’m a bit of a hermit. I spend a lot of time in the jungle.
tFS: Whoopi Goldberg was in your front row. How do you know each other?
MP: Her granddaughter is an intern at our PR firm, People’s Revolution. She came to pick up her granddaughter one day at the office, saw the collection and became a fan.
tFS: What did she think of the collection?
MP: She loved it! She went on The View this morning wearing KTZ. I absolutely adore her.
