One thing’s for sure: October belongs to Kendall Jenner. Not only did the reality star turned model appear on Allure, but a whopping four Vogue covers as well. Gigi Hadid wasn’t far behind with a number of noteworthy cover appearances, leaving some to wonder what’s worse, a newsstand dominated by vanilla actresses or one dominated by underwhelming shots of reality star models. There were some welcome surprises this month, however, including a Vogue cover for Lupita Nyong’o, one for Luna Bijl and one for Victoria Beckham, who may as well be a model. What on earth was Ashley Graham's stylist for this shoot thinking? If only someone had thought to cover up the bra-exposing glitter outfit with that Marina Rinaldi coat. The cover does get kudos for featuring affordable fashion via that H&M hat. -
