Ready for some back-to-school kicks? Converse partnered up with Sanrio for its latest sneaker collection featuring the beloved Hello Kitty and friends.
The adorable designs will be printed on classic Converse styles—Chuck Taylor All Star, Chuck 70 and One Star—and are priced between $50 and $100. The designs, albeit a deviation from Converse’s usual look, remain faithful to the Converse image and motif. One style even captures the classic star-on-ankle emblem of Converse, except this time, it’s Hello Kitty poking out from the heel. And it’s pink.
Converse also included apparel and accessories, with prices at around $35 and $75.
But this isn’t Hello Kitty’s first time in the fashion limelight. Puma and Lazy Oaf have also collaborated with the Japanese company to pay tribute to the Sanrio sweetheart.
Excited yet? Well, the wait won’t be long as this cute collaboration is set to launch on August 16.
