This season, the veils pretty much upstaged the wedding dresses. From colorful floral embroidery and face-framing accents at Reem Acra to a more medieval take courtesy of Viktor & Rolf to a floral crown-inspired stunner at Zuhair Murad, the toppers were more than just icing on the (wedding) cake. While white was the favored shade (natch), we were treated to several pops of color from blush to gold and even a mixed bouquet of red, blue, purple and green. While a lot of these gowns wouldn’t look out of place at a royal wedding, there were a few modern princess picks, including one chic dress/jumpsuit hybrid.
