The November 2021 magazine covers were a pretty mixed bag. We were treated to several striking fashion moments. Most of which were season-appropriate. On the other hand, there was a real lack of diversity. Although we were thrilled to see Jill Kortleve appearing on Vogue Russia’s two revealing covers.
Zendaya rocked three stellar looks for InStyle proving she can hold her own with any cover model. Adele looked absolutely amazing on British Vogue’s covers. While Cara Delevingne wore the perfect winter wedding dress on Vogue Japan.
Of course, there were some styling miscues. Like Shakira’s metallic leotard, gold belt and black tights on Cosmopolitan. Vogue Czechoslovakia gave us an eclectic mess of an outfit. And it’s amazing how a coat can ruin a whole outfit. (See Harper’s Bazaar Greece.)
When it comes to beauty, Zendaya once again stood out. As did Adele. Her voluminous mane on Vogue U.K. is major hair goals.
We were also impressed that a few publications took some risks composition-wise. Like ELLE Russia and Vogue China. But Vogue Mexico had perhaps the most interesting layout featuring all the text concentrated in one area and plenty of texture.
Here are all the November 2021 magazine covers we adore and the ones that miss the mark.
