I once was told (probably by my dad!) that some of the best things in life come in small packages. Now I know you are probably thinking presents and gift boxes, but I’m referring to L’AGENCE, the latest boutique to set up shop on Melrose Place.
If you’re not familiar with L’AGENCE, then let me introduce you to the new love of your life! Founded by Margaret Maldonado in 2008, the brand launched exclusively at Barneys and has since then grown a very strong following. (I bought my first top at Aris and have been addicted ever since!) This 500-square-foot retail boutique is its first in the U.S. and even though it may seem petite in size, I can assure you, it is packed with a very chic punch!
Boasting blonde wood flooring and soaring white-washed walls, the beautiful chrome fixtures play host to both the L’AGENCE and LA’t collections, including ready-to-wear, shoes, handbags and jewelry. White French doors open to a private courtyard garden, giving the store that special je ne sais quoi!
Referring back to those presents and gift boxes we were talking about earlier, I’m sure you’ve also heard the saying, “It’s the gift that keeps on giving”? Yeah, well that would apply here too! Stop in the new L’AGENCE boutique and see why this shop is on my list of favorites — just don’t be mad at me when everything fits perfectly, looks amazing and you can’t leave empty handed!
