Blake Lively changed her hair color, royal wedding news reached fever pitch, and it’s finally warm enough to show off bare legs! Celebrities took it all in stride this week and continued to pick gowns that were beautiful, elegant, and worthy of the Top 10.

Elegant and refined are words that come to mind when describing Naomi Watts, and her effortless glamour in a Chanel shift is a great example. Her satin Stella McCartney shoes offset her tweed dress perfectly. Zoe Saldana always knows how to amp it up for the red carpet, and her beaded Salvatore Ferragamo dress with a severe sweetheart neckline is no exception.

Rarely does a celebrity make our top 10 list twice in the same week, but Rose Byrne clearly deserves it. Stepping out Monday at the Tribeca Film Festival with heavy bangs and a cutout halter neck Chanel dress, it’s classic Rose Byrne – a stunning dress with an intricately detailed pattern. A few days later at the premiere of Bridesmaids, she wore a head-turning fuchsia dress from the Fall 2011 Prabal Gurung collection. A red patent clutch and tri-colour Christian Louboutin peep-toes were unexpected accessories that added major style points to the look.

Has Keira Knightly ever had a bad style day? We doubt it. Her black dress and classic grey blazer could be plain, but when paired with a standout pair of cutout heels, they take on new life. A pale pink Chanel gown and and black accessories adorned Rachel Bilson at the premiere of her Magnum advertisements at the Tribeca Film Festival. The perfect accessory though, was Karl Lagerfeld.

Continuing the red trend, Scarlet Johansson donned a form fitting Roland Mouret dress and simple nude heels which helped elongate her legs and add height to her petite frame. Sparkling in a grey metallic shift, Camilla Belle proves she has yet to get it wrong. The two-tone Victoria Beckham creation is an interesting take on the season’s color blocking trend.

Occasionally, Whitney Port gets it wrong, but in this one shouldered mini with pops of color and royal purple shoes, she gets it so right! We’re loving the summery look. Emma Stone was simple yet oh-so-chic in a cream and gold sequin Louis Vuitton gown. The blonde has been taking the world by storm lately and her fashion choices definitely don’t disappoint.
