Why we like it: Jessica’s Christian Dior Fall 2011 billowy sheer blouse with black lace accent and navy suede dress combination was chic while still being appropriate for an event honoring a former president. Her accessories included a black feather-infused clutch by Roger Vivier, Neil Lane jewelry, black tights and Brian Atwood pumps.
